Since it was Chris birthday, and he couldn't buy an extremely overpriced sward, he bought his own special- still overpriced- crown.

Once seated in the arena the show starts. The Green knight has turned against the king and is starting a revolt. The prince leaves his father and new his bride the princess to go after the Green night. While waiting for his return, the knights give a show of their skills.

There is horse riding, sward fighting, and best of all.. jousting! As we are watching the show we are also being served our dinner which included tomato bisque, half a roasted chicken and spare rib... all of which we had to eat with our hands! Apparently they didn't have silverware in the medieval times.. My friend Sharon snuck a spoon in with her in her purse. The rebel.

Our knight did very well in the various competitions and made it to the final two knights. It ended in a fight to the death.. the winner then going up against the evil Green night. It looked as though our Red and Yellow night was going to be triumphant, but alas it wasn't so. He was defeated by the Yellow night. Although our team suffered the loss of our beloved knight, we were now rooting for the Yellow night as he fought the Green night for the King. This is a family show, so of course good prevailed over evil. The prince returned, the Green knight was defeated and the kingdom is safe again.
